Jan is helping with strategy definition, business and operating model creation, elicitation and consolidation of business, legal and risk requirements and company transformation through complex change management.

Since 2006, Pavel has been primarily active in business and IT analysis, management consulting and user experience areas. Pavel has more than 10 years of experience in leadership and team development, motivation. Pavel is a specialist in large and complicated projects and programs. He primarily deals with scope management, business analysis, and specification of requirements. He likes to combine his knowledge of business analysis, user experience and IT and uses resulting synergies for the successful delivery of the project.
- Dominik Turchich
Dominik has more than 8 years of experience in area of business and IT analysis in banking, insurance and telco industry. Most likely, he engages on long-term projects developing core banking systems and frontend applications, where he realizes his expertise in scope management, requirement elicitation, process redesign and solution design.
We prepared a proposal for the development of digital channels for the Prague Energy Group. We help one of the largest Czech banks with large transformation projects in the field of retail, especially in defining and managing the scope and preparing a business case.
